About Documentation, Help and Support Information
This section describes where and how to find the product documentation.
Access Documentation
You can access all the Exalead CloudView documentation from:
the upper right corner of any Exalead CloudView interface, Help > Documentation.
or in the installation directory, internally called INSTALLDIR: <INSTALLDIR>/docs

Access SDK Documentation and Samples
You can access the Exalead CloudView SDK documentation and code samples from the <INSTALLDIR>/sdk directory.
Searching the Online Help
The search box allows you to search for one or more words in the entire online help documentation:
Word Search – For example, searching eggs bacon returns all documents containing "eggs" and "bacon".
Exact Phrase Search – For example, searching "Good Morning" (with quotes) returns all documents where "good" and "morning" appear together.
Wildcard Search – For example, searching install* returns all documents containing "install", "installs", "installed", "installing", "installation".
Note: The full-text search is not case sensitive.
Context Sensitive Help (CSH)
Use the context sensitive help for information on the current topic. The CSH icons ? appear after the topic or field name.
Tooltips
Tooltips are available in Exalead CloudView tools for most fields and features. They appear when you hover over the i icon for a short period of time.
Note: Certain tooltips also have associated CSH links that can be accessed when clicking on the i icon. These tooltips display Click icon for more information.

2. Follow the instructions for opening an issue or asking a question. The support wizard guides you through the steps.
